Cena beating Mahal is the right thing to do to up the entertainment factor on SmackDown. Seeing Cena vs the SmackDown guys will be better TV. I'm sorry, but when Cena goes in there he delivers in a way Mahal and Orton just don't. He's one of the best dance partners the die-hard's favorites can have. I won't be wearing the guy's merch ever but you better believe that I know when you put Cena across the ring from a guy it's going to be more must-see than what we've been getting. It's going to have an energy to it.

We all know Cena will come back and beat Jinder then Baron Corbin will cash in on Cena at some point.

Raw and Smackdown don't even do significantly better than Impact on a weekly basis in the UK. And their weekly UK show they were planning has stalled because they couldn't find anyone to air it.

Impact is on free to air TV (available to anyone) while WWE has almost exclusively been on subscription TV in the UK.

The WWE used to repeat Raw or Smackdown mid day on Saturdays on Sky1 which meant lots of kids and families watched but I think they stopped doing that.

The UK would settle for any PPV . Even one of the rubbish ones. There hasn't been a WWE PPV in the UK (besides Network special NXT Takeover: London) since 2002 Insurrextion/Rebellion.

I know that logistically it is difficult and going overseas is expensive but 15 years is a long time to got with a PPV in your second largest market (plus the rest of the European market . A rubbish PPV like Fastlane could easily sell out 90,000 capacity Wembley Stadium. People from all over the rest of Europe come to those NFL games at Wembley because London is a very easy city to get to. It isn't just the UK market, it is the entire European market.

My thoughts on the 2017 Money In The Bank PPV

They mentioned three of the women being second generation wrestlers. They excluded Carmella obviously. I guess Carmella's dad Paul Van Dale doesn't count as a WWE superstar because he was a jobber.

Nothing screams empowering women like having your first women's Money In The Bank match won by a dude

I was disappointing the women didn't take turns hitting their finishers on the Big Hog.

Mr Money In The Bank is usually better when it is a heel so I'm not upset about Corbin winning. The most memorable Mr Money In The Banks were heel.

New Day's drafted to Smackdown from Raw and their penis jokes became prison rape jokes. Lawd knows what will happen if they transfer to a less PG wrestling promotion one day

I like it when New Day dances t other wrestlers entrance music. They were feeling the Usos music. New Day rocking out to Seth Rolins music was funny.

I feel like Maria and Mike are intended to be the new Miz and Maryse of Smackdown.

I want to see Maria try to bewitch AJ Styles again like she did in Japan.

I'm not sure who the bump MVP of tonight was. I think Tamina, Owens, Styles and Ziggler are all in the running.

Didn't watch the show, but having a guy "win" the first Women's Money in the Bank just cheapens the whole thing. There are ways to have the finish they wanted, with interference, but not end that way. I'd bet anything Vince had a hand in planning that one.

Corbin holding the MITB case works for me. He's been upping his game for awhile now and this is just another step to making him a real main eventer. What he needs right now is a legit, quality feud with a top star.

What is it with WWE ruining this hyped up "historic moments" for the women with crap finishes?

Introduce new title at WrestleMania, talk about a new era, have the really awesome women's triple threat match end when the current champ's (Charlotte) old dad interferes on her behalf (the same way that she had won countless matches on random episodes of Raw), and the same person walks out of Mania as champ who walked in.

First ever Women's HIAC match, lets beat the clearly over babyface clean in her hometown and kill the crowd.

First ever Women's MITB ladder match, lets have the male comic relief sidekick win it for her.

Etc.

WWE, you're constantly shooting yourselves in the foot with these godawful finishes.

I would have been fine with Ellsworth interfering but, not the way he did. Maybe have him hold one of the other ladies back. Or, just leave it with him tipping the ladder. I agree that having him grab the briefcase cheapens the whole thing.

people will accuse Cena of burying Mahal, but he's put people over clean over the last several years. Cena gets a lot of goodwill from me for putting AJ Styles over clean at last year's Summerslam.

Getting crowds would not be an issue for an NFL London team it's logistics.

I maintain that Cena needs to put Mahal over if the really are behind this push.

Ellesworth grabbing the MITB briefcase set back the WWE's women's revolution like 3 years.

They can keep Jinder's reign lasting longer if Cena doesn't face him at Summerslam.

Cena should be putting guys like AJ Styles over clean. I don't feel cena needs a pat on the back for putting good talent over.

Jinder Mahal is world champ and Baron Corbin won Money in the Bank.

That's about the saddest state of affairs I could have come up with if you asked me to pick two random Smackdown stars to put in those positions.

I'm not sold on Jinder, but Corbin makes more sense. Both of them, moreso with Corbin, are genuine WWE developmental products. As much as I love Styles, Nakamura and Samoa Joe, WWE's expensive developmental system is going to become a joke right quick if the only new talent making a splash are the established indy veterans.

The more I think about the "OVW superclass" of Orton, Cena, Lesnar, Batista and Shelton Benjamin, there just isn't a contest when it comes to what is coming out of NXT, barring the women and the men who were already world champs in the better-known indy promotions.

You shouldn't push bad wrestlers just because they're home grown. You should push good wrestlers, then try to develop more of them.

And speaking of WWE developmental, those idiots let Trent Baretta, EC3, Eli Drake, and Kenny Omega go while hanging onto the likes of Fandango.

I still think Patrick Clark is going to be good, and I expect big things from Lars Sullivan. They also have Rusev, Big E, and Strowman. All developmental guys.

I don't mind EC3 but does he really offer anything The Miz or Mike Bennett can't? He's not some great wrestler that completely blows them out of the water, and they can talk pretty well. The others I get.

Hogan didn't. Austin didn't. So yeah he probably does since he and Rock are the #1 level guys who actually put people over. I say that as a much bigger Austin fan than I am of those two.
